Dear List Owner,
The purpose of this message is to inform you that some of your emails are
being blocked by ISP's because of the content or web page links (URL's) in your email message.
We have sent a separate email to the subscribers who didn't
receive your message, notifying them of the problem, and pointing them to a copy
of your email on our web page, at:
Hopefully that email message will have gotten through, since
it did not contain your message, just a link to your
message. And they will be able to read your newsletter on
our web page. Please refer to these links for further information about
how we handle such situations and also clues about how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Here is an error due to which your mail wasn't delivered to some of your subscribers:
550-Blacklisted URL in message. (tiny.cc) in [black]. See\n550 http://lookup.uribl.com.
And here's an example of the entire MTA log that we have on one rejection.

It gave that same error message to these subscriber's
