How do I get a list of subscribers removed for excessive bounces?

A bounce means that your message was rejected by the subscriber's email provider. If that happens too many times, we remove the subscriber's email address from your list.

This ensures that we stay in the "good books" of the email provider. Messages sent to other subscribers at the same provider will continue to be delivered without issue.

There are two report options for subscribers removed due to excessive bounces:

  • List of email addresses removed this week
  • Complete list of email addresses removed since the beginning of your list

Another option is to regularly receive the Summary Statistics Report. This report lists several counts including bounced email addresses removed. To select this option, go to:

mail-list.com Account > Customize Your List > Reports > Summary Statistics Report

Use the Web Interface

Log into your mail-list account at https://database.mail-list.com.

  • Click Get Reports.

Option 1 - Recent Bounces

  • Click Send Reports Via Email.
  • Click Recent Bounces
  • Choose an email address to send the report.
  • Click Send Reports
