How do I get a list of subscribers whose email addresses were changed on my list?

For a list of subscribers that changed their email address, either by themselves or by the list owners, you can either use our web interface or send a command via email.

Using the Command via email:

SHOWCHANGE

This report shows the subscriber's old email address, new email address, the date of the change, and whether the change was completed by the subscriber or the list owner.

This report will only show the addresses from the past day or the past week, based on your settings of the Summary Statistics Report at https://database.mail-list.com

Helpful Information:
The command SHOWCHANGEHIST
will report the same data except since the beginning of your list.

Using the web interface for this report:

Log into your mail-list account at https://database.mail-list.com.

  • Click Get Reports
  • Click Send Reports Via Email
  • Click Recent Change of Address
  • Choose an email address to send the report. 
  • Click Send Reports
To get a recent report, select "Recent Change of Address" and the email address where you want to receive the report.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing the results.

For all email address changes since the beginning of your list:

Log in to you mail-list account.

  • Click Get Reports
  • Click Send Historical Via Email
  • Click All Changes
  • Choose an email address to send the report. 
  • Click Send Historical Reports
To get a report of all email address changes since you started your list, click on "Send Historical Reports Via Email" option.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing the results.
