How can my subscriber change their email address?
There are two ways that a subscriber can change their address: via our webpage or via email. We have described both the processes below for the subscribers:
To Change the address via the web, please access this webpage: http://www.mail-list.com/how-to/ and click on "How To Change Your Address":
Fill out the online form and input the list name, your new email address and the one that you want removed:
After you click on the "Change My Address" button, you will receive a confirmation email at both of the addresses you entered.

To change the address via email, the subscriber will need to send a blank email to our system to request an email address change:
Whichever address they send the email FROM, they need to put the OTHER address in the Subject line.
In the example above, the subscriber sends the email from their address that is currently on your list and puts the new email address in the Subject Line, that will replace the existing address.
A confirmation email is sent to both of the addresses. When the subscriber clicks on a link in one of the emails, a webpage confirming the address change is displayed and an emailing confirming the same is also sent to both the addresses.
