How to reactivate somebody that has reported you as spam

Some ISP's, like Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail allow their users to flag any email as spam.  If and when your subscriber does that to one of your mailing list's emails, those ISP's notifiy us.

And we remove that person from your list.

Sometimes the person made a mistake, and asks you to put them back on the list.

Before you can do that, you must RENEW this address so they can get back on the list.

If your audit trail report ever says - Address Unsubscribed - Address On Your Reject List

Then the first step is to get that person off of the Reject List

Log in to http://database.mail-list.com

An alternate way is to send the RENEW command in via email
