How do I schedule a message to be sent on a later date/time?

Before scheduling a message for a later date and/or time, please make sure that your time zone setting is correct by referring to this lesson.

Click on "Send A Message To Your List" and log into your mail-list account:

After you have composed your message and selected an email address, click on "preview":

You may click on "auto format" to format your message before you preview the message.

On the next screen, click on "Send Message Later" button that is at the bottom of the screen:

Click on the calendar icon and select the date and time when you want your message to be sent:

Click the "OK" button afer selecting the date and time and then click on "Add to Message Queue".

The following screen will confirm that the message was queued. You may click on "View Message Queue" to view your message delivery date and time:
