Sending attachments as links

Sometimes you may need to send an attachment with your message that goes out to your subscribers.

By using this option, your subscribers will not receive the actual attachment with your message. Instead, they will see a link in your message to download the attachment.

Just send a message with your attachment via email and our system takes care of the rest.

Your subscribers can click on the link to download the attachment. This method keeps your email small and more likely to get through the spam filters at the ISP's.

To initialize the feature, Log into your Mail-List.com account from http://db.mail-list.com and click on "Customize Your List"  and find the "Send your Attachment as Links" option under "Posting Messages to List".

Click on the radio button preceding "Yes" to turn the option on and then click on "mark field for update".
