How to reset throttling for a subscriber

If an ISP is having a bad day, and rejecting messages for one of your subscribers, we will slow deliveries down, so that the subscriber does not bounce off your mailing list.

We call this throttling. See Throttling deliveries of email when the ISP is rejecting emails

If the ISP has fixed their problem, you can get the next message sent out

As opposed to having the system automatically decide on when to try the next delivery.

Log in and click on Manage Subscribers Database

Click on Special Handling for Subscribers

Manage Subscribers

Enter the email address(es) and select Reset Throttling

The next message to that mailing list will be sent to your subscriber

Whether your subscriber get it or not, depends on whether the ISP really fixed the problem.
