How do I replace my existing list of subscribers with a new one?
To replace your entire list with a new list, you can either use our web interface or send a command via email. The confirmation process is bypassed, and subscribers do not receive a Welcome Message.
Using the Command
To completely replace your existing list, use the command: REPLACELIST
This command is useful for paid subscription lists or membership organizations where you have a database of paid subscribers.
REPLACELIST erases your existing list and replaces it with the new email addresses.

Using the web interface for this change:
Log into your mail-list account at https://database.mail-list.com.
- Click Manage Subscribers.
- Click Add or Remove Subscribers.
In Add or Remove Subscribers window -
- Enter new email addresses
- Select Replace Existing List....
- Choose an email address to send the confirmation.
- Click Add/Remove Subscribers button.
After clicking Add/Remove Subscribers, the new email addresses will replace your existing list. A confirmation email will be sent to you. The subscribers will not be notified.
Using an email command for this change:
Alternatively, you can send an email to our system with the command: REPLACELIST
After sending an email with a command, you will receive two emails from our system in less than 15 minutes.
