Everybody's email reader has both a Reply and a Reply All command

Your subscriber chooses which command when they reply to a message.

For example, on Apple Mail, a Command R is the Reply.

A Shift Command R is the Reply All.

The combination of the list setting and which command your member uses affects the destination of their reply

The default setting - "Reply to Individual Who Sent Message"

A simple Reply command will send the message back to the person who sent the email to the mailing list.

A Reply All command will send the message back to the mailing list, and the person who sent the message.

Note that the individual who sent the message gets the reply back twice, once directly from the person and once from the mailing list.

The setting - "Reply to List"

A simple Reply command will send the message back to the mailing list.

A Reply All command will send the message back to the mailing list, and the person who sent the message.
