How do I change the email address of a subscriber?

You can either use our web interface or use the command CHANGEADDRESS to change the email address of a subscriber.

To use the web interface, log into your mail-list account, click on "Manage Subscribers" and then "Change Address For a Subscriber".

Enter the old and the new email addresses and select an email address where you want to receive the results.

After you hit "Change Subscriber Address", the subscriber's old email address will be removed from your list and the new address will be added. You will receive an email confirming the results in the next few minutes at your email address that you selected.

Alternatively, you can send an email to our system with the command CHANGEADDRESS

It does not matter which order the two addresses are in. One address should currently be on your list, and the other one should not.

Shortly after sending in the email, you will receive two emails back from our system.
