Throttling Report

When email addresses start having delivery problems, we start to skip sending some messages.  This allows time for the subscriber's ISP to make corrections in their system.  When a successful delivery is made, that subscriber will once again start receiving all the emails.

In other cases, their email account has been deleted, and our system will delete that address from your mailing list.

You can get the report of bad email addresses sent to you daily, weekly or not at all.

When the ISP stops blocking your subscriber's email, we will put a notification at the top of one of their emails.

Your subscriber can navigate to that web page to catch up on the emails their ISP blocked.
