How do I add a subscriber (that has already unsubscribed) back to my list?

Typically people that are unsubscribed are not allowed back on your list. This feature bypasses that restriction and gets your subscriber back on your list.

You can either use our web interface or send a command to our system.

Using a Command:

If a subscriber has already unsubscribed and now wants to join your list again, you can use the RENEW command. The subscriber will be added back to the list, however no welcome message will be sent to them.

To use the web interface, click on "Update Subscribers....." and log into your mail-list account.

Click on "Special Handling....", enter the subscriber's email address, select "Renew" and your email address where you want to receive a confirmation.

Hit "Special Handling for Subscriber(s)" and save your settings.

The subscriber's email address will be added back to your list and they will start receiving your messages.
