How do I post a message to my list?
To send a message to your list from your email address, please create a new message in your email reader, making your email headers look like this:
The secret address in the BCC field is necessary for security purposes, and your message will not be delivered to your mailing list without it.
Put your message into the body of the email. When you hit "Send", one copy of the message will go to each email address on your list.
Your subscriber will see their email address in the To: header line and also at the very bottom of your message. They will not see anybody else's email address.
Helpful Information for AOL users: If you are using an older version of AOL Email Reader, you will not be able to find the Bcc field. In that case, put the Secret Address in the "Copy To" field, surrounded by parenthesis:
Copy To: (firstname.lastname@example.org)
To use the web interface, log into your mail-list account, click on "Send A Message To Your List" and fill out the details:
Click on "auto format" button to automatically format your message. This is optional.
Please note that in case you need to send an attachment with your message, you will need to send the message via email.
