CAN-SPAM Act - Physical Address Requirement

The CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing) requires a valid physical postal address. While your email is probably not a commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service, and thus not subject to the CAN-SPAM Act, many ISP's have written software to scan incoming emails for a valid looking physical address.  If the software does not find that physical address, the email is rejected.

Therefore, we will automatically place this address at the very bottom of each outgoing email message,  below the footer.

You may edit this field to be your own physical address, or leave it blank. If you leave it blank, we will use our business address in Houston, Texas.
