CAN-SPAM Physical Address

The CAN-SPAM Act requires a valid physical postal address. While your email is probably not a commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service, and thus not subject to the CAN-SPAM Act, many ISP's have written software to scan incoming emails for a valid looking physical address.  And if the software does not find that physical address, the email is rejected.

Therefore, we will automatically place this address at the very bottom of each outgoing email message, right below the footer.

You may edit this field to be your own physical postal address, or leave it blank. If you leave it blank, we will use our address here in Houston Texas.

To put your own physical address at the bottom of each outgoing message to your list Log into your Mail-List.com account from https://database.mail-list.com and click on "Customize Your List".
