How does invoicing work for my email discussion group ?
Mail-List.com invoices based on the number of unique subscribers (unique email addresses) you have on all of your lists.
Mail-List.com does not charge per list.
Therefore, if you have additional smaller lists, and all of those members are also on your big list, then there is no extra charge.
For example, you could have a Board of Director's list for free, assuming the Board membes are also on your regular mailing list.
Mail-List.com invoices once a year. Any new subscribers during the year are free. If anybody unsubscribes, no refunds are given.
The invoice is based on the number of subscribers on your list at the time of the invoice.
For new clients, there is a 30 day free trial
At the end of 30 days, we will ask you if you want to continue with the service, and where we should send the invoice.
The first invoice will be based on the number of subscribers you have at the end of the free trial.
We will email the invoice to the people you specify, and they can pay online or via a check.
The online invoice can be downloaded as a PDF and printed.
We can send the invoice via snail mail if needed.
During the year of service, you can CLONE your list and create additional lists
There is no charge for the additional list at that time, and no invoices are sent.
And the invoice is always based on the number of unique email addresses, not the number of lists.
Next year, we will recount the number of unique subscribers and send a new invoice
Mail-List.com does not store your credit card information, and does not offer automated recurring payment.
Typically, the number of unqiue subscribers changes a bit every year, and the invoice amount is slightly different.
