Example of a message sent to a subscriber by's BRDS (Bounce Re-delivery System).

When a subscriber's ISP bounces back a message sent by the list owner via, the subscriber is automatically sent a message by our BRDS (Bounce Re-Delivery System).

The subscriber does not need to understand the entire content included in this message. Part of the message contains technical information and is meant for their email service provider (ESP). The details of the issue can help the ESP solve the delivery problem.

Example of message to subscriber:

Dear Newsletter Subscriber:

Your email service provider blocked the following newsletter(s) that you signed up for:

   Health News

You can read your missing newsletter(s) at:

If you have the ability to add the sending address to your Address Book, that may solve the problem.

Please copy and paste this email addresses into your Address Book. If this problem continues, your email address will be removed from this mailing list.

The following information contains some technical information which is actually meant for your email service provider/ISP. If you want to report this issue, please send them the following details:

To prevent this from happening again, please show your email service provider this log message:
