How to expose the hidden headers in Gmail

Most email readers will only show key headers in the email, like To: From: Date: and Subject:

Sometimes when troubleshooting email delivery problems, we want to see all the headers.

In particular, the Received Headers will show a step by step route that the email took along it's delivery path.

Open the email in question in Gmail

Click on the triangle on the right hand side to expose more options

Choose - Show Orignal

Read the Received Headers from the bottom up to trace the delivery of the email
