How do I check if a subscriber is on my list?

You can either use the web interface or send a command directly to our system to find out if a subscriber is already on your list.

To use the web interface, log into your mail-list account and click on "Manage Subscribers" and then on "Troubleshoot Subscriber...."

Enter the subscriber's email address and click on the radio button preceding "Subscriber History" and the email address where you want to receive the results:

Click on "Troubleshoot Subscriber" to receive the report which will be sent to the email address that you selected.

Send the email in, and in less than 15 minutes, you will receive two emails back from our system.

Helpful Information: In order to check more than one subscribers, you may add additional subscribers' email addresses on each line after the  first one.  Example:

You will receive an email receipt that will look like this:

This is how the second email will look like (assuming that the subscriber is actually a part of your list):

In case the subscriber is not on your list, this is how the email from our system may look like:

The email will display the history of the subscriptions and removals of the subscriber's email address from your list.
