Sending a message from our web page

Typically, it's easiest to send a message to your discussion group from your email software, just like any other email message you send. When that is not possible, you can use a mail-list.com web page instead.

Step One - URL

You will need the name of your Mailing List.

For example, if you normally send an email to youremailgroup@mail-list.com, then youremailgroup is the name of the list.

Add the name to the end of this URL:

https://database.mail-list.com/app/subscriber-message/[insert name here]

Navigate to that URL. In our example, we would navigate to:

https://database.mail-list.com/app/subscriber-message/youremailgroup

Step Two - Message

Create your message by adding:

  • Subject line
  • Your email address
  • Message to send to mailing list.
Enter your subject line, email address and message

To add any attachments, simply click the Choose File button and add from your computer.

When your message is complete, click Preview Message to view.

If your message is ready, click Send Now.

Double check your message, and press Send Message Now

Confirmation

You are done, and your message will be sent to your list.
