What happens when you hit "Reply" or "Reply All" to a message?
When you receive a message and hit Reply or Reply All, the sender's and/or the list's email address are added in the "To" and "Cc" fields based on how your email program interprets the headers. Unfortunately, not all email programs interpret the same way.
The following table contains a list of common email service providers / programs and how they interpret the headers when a subscriber hits Reply or Reply All.
When a message goes to the list address, it is sent to all members of the list. An example of a list address is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The header settings can be customized by the list owner in their Mail-List.com account.
