Throttling Report (ISP delivery issues)
When email addresses begin having delivery problems, we start to skip sending some messages. This allows time for the Subscriber's ISP to make corrections in their system. When a successful delivery is made, that Subscriber will once again start to receive all List emails.
Sometimes, your Subscriber's email account has been deleted from the ISP. Our system will then delete that address from your Mailing List.
Bad Email Addresses
A report of bad email addresses can be sent to your Inbox daily, weekly or never.
Log into your mail-list account at https://database.mail-list.com.
- Click Customize Your List.
- Click Reports
- Click Automatically Receive Throttling Report
Notice to Subscriber:
When the ISP stops blocking your Subscriber's email, we will insert a notification at the top of one of their emails. Your Subscriber can then navigate to that web page to view all emails blocked by their ISP.
