HELP: I just sent a message to my List that contains an error. What should I do?
With email sent via the internet, recalling a message is not possible.
Once an email is sent and received by your Subscriber's ISPs, there is no way to get it back.
If the error is critical and warrants more information, we recommend you send a follow-up email.
If the error is a minor one, you may not want to bother people with another message.
If this situation could happen often, you could use the option to approve messages before sending to the List.
