The best way to have website visitors join your Mailing List is a Subscription Form.

Visitors enter their email address in the input box, and click the Subscribe button.

Your website CGI program then needs to email this information to [email protected]. (With your Mailing List name in place of yourlistname.)

The email From: header must contain the email address entered by your new Subscriber.

In our example email below, [email protected] is your new Subscriber.

The From: header must contain the email address they typed into your web page.
