How to switch to / from the Digest.
Subscribers have the option to receive every message as it is sent or a daily summary Digest.
The Digest is one email delivered around midnight, containing all the messages from that day.
Can I change my subscription to Digest?
Yes!
Most Mailing Lists have a link at the bottom of every email to manage your account. You can toggle between Digest and individual emails at any time.

What happens after I click the link?
The Subscription Management web page appears. Click Switch to/from Digest.
How do I switch between individual or Digest?
Click the button for Switch to/from Digest in the Subscription Management window (example above).
This button works like a toggle switch. To revert to receiving every email as it is sent, simply go to the Subscription Management window and click this button again.
You receive an email notification confirming the change is effective.
