Non-members who can send messages to the List.
The report includes email addresses of those who can only send messages to your List. Both members and non-members are included.
Why would a member be Post Only?
Sometimes, members have 2 email addresses on your List. One is used to receive all incoming messages. The second address may be one they use periodically to send a message. (work email vs. personal email)
Why would a non-member be able to send messages?
Non-members are people you have approved to send messages to your List.
Example: A Court Clerk sends regular updates about the court's calendar. With your permission, the Clerk can email the calendar to your List so all members are updated.
