Attachments: Why to send as a link in large emails.

Email was never designed for sending large attachments. Many ISPs will block large emails or filter them into the Spam folder of the recipient.

How We Ensure Great Email Delivery will automatically convert very large emails into small ones by replacing the attachment(s) as a clickable links.

The current definition of a "very large" email is over 10 megabytes. offers the option to send ALL attachments as clickable links, not just the large ones.

To learn more about this option and how to set it up, please see the instructions here.

Best Practices

The best way to share photos or other large attachments is on a web page. Then, send a link to your Mailing List.

Another option is to use a cloud storage service like DropBox or WeTransfer. Both offer free options.
