Ensure message was sent by Subscriber and not a spammer.

A spammer may spoof your Subscriber's email address, and send a message to your List without the Subscriber's knowledge.

You can prevent this by using a feature called Self Moderation. Each time a Subscriber sends a message to the List, they are sent an email with a link. Once they click the link, the message is released.

This feature can be used two different ways:

  1. Automatic Option
Our system automatically sends confirmation emails to Subscribers who have not posted recently.
  2. Manual Option
Add specific Subscriber email addresses to be protected.
(Use this option when only certain Subscribers are having spam issues.)
