Choose multiple Lists while changing a setting.

When you manage multiple Mailing Lists for the same organization, all Lists are connected to the same account.

When you change settings for 1 List, you can apply the same change to other Lists, too.

How do I find and choose other Lists?

Most menu options will include "Also Save for Other Lists" just above the Save or Cancel buttons.

For some menus options, this checkbox does not appear until you select your email address.

Log into your mail-list account at

Example 1

  • Click Customize your List.
  • Click List Moderator Settings.
  • Click Your Primary Email Address.
  • This window includes the option Also Save for Other Lists.
    Click the checkbox (or drop down arrow) to view your other Lists.
  • Choose which Mailing Lists to apply the changes to......or choose ALL to select all Lists.
  • Click Save.

Log into your mail-list account at

  • Click Get Reports.

Below is an example of the window when first opened.

Once you select your email address, Also Apply To These Lists will appear. Click the triangle to view.

Only the Mailing Lists where you are the List Owner/Moderator will be shown.
