Subscriber Reports via email
Several reports are available to help track your Mailing List's activity. Some examples are shown below. For all available options, please review these menu choices in Get Reports:
- Send Reports Via Email
- Send Historical Reports Via Email
Another option is to regularly receive the Summary Statistics Report via email. This report lists several counts including Subscriber count, addresses removed, etc. To select this option, go to:
Your mail-list.com Account > Customize Your List > Reports > Summary Statistics Report
Available reports depend on the type of Group. Images shown below are from the Email Discussion Group Menu options.
Use the Web Interface
Log into your mail-list account at https://database.mail-list.com.
- Click Get Reports
Option 1 - Recent Bounces
- Click Send Reports Via Email.
- Click Recent Bounces
- Choose an email address to send the report.
- Click Send Reports.

While inviting various people to join your List is an available option, it is not very effective.
The problem is......
- People do not recognize your invitation email.
- They are not expecting an invitation.
- The invitation was delivered to their Spam folder.
If your invitees do not reply to the email, they are not added to your List. The report shown below will include those who have NOT responded. You must be using the Confirmed Opt-In process in order to request this report.
- Click Send Reports Via Email.
- Click Awaiting Confirmation Reply.
- Choose an email address to send the report.
- Click Send Reports.

The report is sent via email and lists those who have not yet confirmed their subscription.
For best results, email these individuals a private message asking if they would like to join your Mailing List.

Option 1 - Recent Address Changes
- Click Send Reports Via Email
- Click Recent Change of Address
- Choose an email address to send the report.
- Click Send Reports.

When you send a message to your Subscribers, sometimes they don't get delivered to everyone. The ISPs that rejected your email send us an error message. We track valid error messages by email address.
Use the report below to view which Subscribers had their messages blocked by their ISP.
- Click Send Historical Reports Via Email.
- Click All Delivery Errors
- Choose an email address to send the report.
- Click Send Historical Reports.

Report Definitions
MTA stands for Mail Transport Agent, which is what ISPs use to receive the email we send them.
The report shows the raw error message received from your Subscriber's ISP. These errors were counted as a bounce. If a Subscriber receives excessive bounces, their email address will be removed from your List.
Option 1 - Recent Unsubscribes
- Click Send Reports Via Email
- Click Recent Unsubscribes
- Choose an email address to send the report.
- Click Send Reports.

If a Subscriber clicks the link to unsubscribe from your List, they are presented with a form. This form gives them the option of sharing their comments.
- Click Send Historical Reports Via Email.
- Click Comments From People When Unsubscribing.
- Choose an email address to send the report.
- Click Send Historical Reports.
