Header/Footer of messages: Change the content.

Space is allotted for text in both the header and footer of each message sent to the Mailing List.

Use the Web Interface to Change Settings

Log into your mail-list account at https://database.mail-list.com.

  • Click Customize Your List.
  • Click Posting Messages to List.
  • Click Header on each Message Posted or Footer at Bottom of each Message Sent.
  • Add the Header text.
  • Click Save.

Most Mailing Lists leave the header blank, but you can add anything you wish.

  • Add the Footer text.
  • Click Save.

NOTE: Click on Use Default Value to return the wording to the original system default.

 

Typically, the footer contains information on how to send a message to your List, but you can use it however you prefer.
