I sent my message to the List, but I don't think it worked. Should I send it again?

No. Please wait!

Do not send a duplicate copy until you know what happened to your first message.

If you did (or did not) receive a copy, please don't think this is what happened for all your Subscribers. Your original message may just be delayed.

What could delay a message?

Many things can cause a delayed message. For example:

  • The message may be stuck in your computer/email and will send later.
  • Your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) server received it, but Mail-List.com is down.
  • The message was received at Mail-List.com but rejected because you sent it from an unapproved address.
  • The message may have sent to most Subscribers, but your ISP's mail server is currently down.

How can I verify my message was sent?

The best verification is to check the short-term email archive. If listed, then the email was sent to everyone on your List.

Check the archive with these step-by-step instructions.

What if it's not in the Archives?

Please send a message to [email protected] requesting assistance.
