Monthly Reminder: How to send to your List.

You can set up a message and have it sent to your List automatically on the first day of each month.

What is a Monthly Reminder?
Many List Owners send their members a monthly reminder of their group's etiquette rules, what is allowed, a reminder of their mission, etc.

Use the Web Interface

Log into your mail-list account at

  • Click Customize Your List.
  • Click Miscellaneous Settings.
  • Click Want To Send A Monthly Reminder To Your List?.
  • Click Yes.
  • Click Save.
Set the field to Yes

After clicking Save, you are returned to the Miscellaneous Menu.

  • Click Contents of the Monthly Reminder To Your List.
  • Enter the content of your monthly message.
  • Click Save.
Click on the field - Monthly Reminder To Your List

This reminder is sent via email on the first day of every month.
